Configure collaborators
New Research exposes collaboration choices alongside the lead model. Beale can assign configured models to subagent roles such as discoverer, prover, reviewer, and reporter. Simple and advanced subagent modes are represented in the current configuration; enabled provider/model entries determine which collaborators are available.
The lead agent remains responsible for integrating results. Open the session's Subagents side view to inspect delegated work and its trace. Independent subagent output is a candidate observation until it has supporting evidence and fits the workspace authorization boundary.
Use it deliberately
- Configure at least one provider and model in Settings → Providers.
- Select collaboration preferences in New Research and start a bounded task.
- Inspect each subagent's work, then verify any claim through the linked tools or artifacts.
